I was just reading reddit and saw a link to an article about someone that was facing 20 years in jail for uploading a video he found on liveleak.
I am not sure but i think they confused uploading with the cut and paste code because most of these media dumb asses cant cope with the bandwith hit.
If it is true and he did just cut and paste the video code this has implications across the internet for everyone and especially the Australians.
There is a link to the article here but please let me know what you think because it all seems like a rediculous article if i didnt know the Australians werent the smartest people on earth.

“Queensland Police has said any Australians who simply view the clip could face a maximum of 10 years in jail but today it refused to comment on the apparent disparity between its and the Classification Board’s definition of child-abuse material.”
That right there … piss on AU laws. Their Govn’t is clearly laughable.
I remember how some shit AU company sued Buffalo Tech for making WiFi equipment because they claim they have patented *ALL* WiFi technology (so ya they could sue everyone including Cisco, but clearly … they pick their battles and go after the small ones, which put the end to sales of Buffalo Tech routers & WiFi equipment in the States — great & awesome routers btw).
